Daily Supplies

The everyday consumables
that don't make news.

Ostomy pouches and skin barriers, wound dressings, urological catheters and drainage, incontinence supplies. The category that's mostly invisible until it isn't — we keep the cadence right so it stays invisible.

What we provide.

Ostomy supplies

One-piece + two-piece pouching systems, skin barriers, barrier rings, paste, deodorants, belts. Pediatric and adult sizes, all major manufacturers.

Wound care

Foam, hydrocolloid, alginate, collagen, antimicrobial dressings. Matched to wound stage + drainage level, not pulled from a generic bin.

Urological + drainage

Intermittent and indwelling catheters (straight, coudé, hydrophilic, closed-system), bedside drainage bags, leg bags, irrigation supplies.

Incontinence supplies

Pull-ons, briefs, underpads, skin protectants. Right size + absorbency for your situation — not the cheapest box on the shelf.

Why ongoing-supply patients pick Affinity

Right cadence.
Right product.
No surprise stockouts.

  • Medicare-allowed quantities, not estimates

Each supply category has specific CMS-allowed monthly quantities. We ship at those levels — enough to not run out, not so much that the order gets denied.

  • Product change is one call, not a restart

Your skin reacts to a barrier? Catheter type isn't working? We swap product under the existing prescription, not a new order cycle.

  • Coudé / closed-system catheters supported

Medicare requires specific documentation for non-standard catheter types. We collect it once, document it, and renew on schedule.

  • Discreet shipping, recurring shipping

Plain box, no labeling that broadcasts what's inside. Same date every month so you don't have to track it.

FAQ

Common questions.

How often do my supplies ship?
Monthly is the default for most consumable categories, on the date we set together at startup. Quantities follow Medicare's per-month allowed limits per product — enough that you don't run out, not so much that the order triggers denial.
What if I need to switch products mid-month?
Call us. If the issue is skin reaction, fit, or product not working, we'll swap under the existing prescription — no new order cycle needed. If you genuinely need a different prescribed product (different catheter type, different wound dressing), we'll route the new prescription request to your physician.
Are my supply shipments discreet?
Yes. Plain boxes with no external labeling identifying the contents. Return address is our facility name, not 'ostomy supplies' or similar.
Will Medicare cover specialty catheter types?
Yes, when documented. Coudé, hydrophilic, and closed-system catheters require specific medical-necessity documentation (urethral stricture, latex allergy, recurring UTIs, etc.). We collect that documentation once at startup and renew on schedule.
