How do I get started if I think I have sleep apnea?
Call us or use the coverage check — we'll confirm your insurance covers a home sleep test, route the prescription to a sleep physician we work with, and walk you from diagnosis to PAP startup. The whole pipeline is one number on our side, no back-and-forth.
I already have a CPAP machine. Can I switch to Affinity for resupply only?
Yes. Bring your prescription + machine details and we'll take over resupply on Medicare's allowed cadence. If your machine is approaching the 5-year capped-rental finish, we'll plan the replacement order with you.
What if my mask isn't working?
Call the Sleep Coach line. Most mask issues — leak, pressure, headgear pinch — get resolved without a new prescription. If you need a different mask type, we'll process the swap under your current PAP order.
How does Medicare's 90-day compliance work?
Medicare requires you to use PAP at least 4 hours per night on 70% of nights, documented by the machine's usage data, in your first 90 days. We monitor this with you and intervene early if compliance is slipping so you don't lose coverage.
