Medicare mail-order

Intermittent catheters, delivered by mail

Straight-tip intermittent catheters, delivered monthly — coverage verified first. We ship to your door anywhere Medicare reaches, and we verify your coverage before the first box leaves.

Intermittent (straight-tip) catheters are the everyday workhorse for people who self-catheterize. We ship uncoated and hydrophilic-coated straight catheters from every major brand, on a monthly auto-resupply schedule, and we verify your Medicare coverage before the first box leaves. If you've been rationing or paying out of pocket, this is the part we fix.

What we ship

  • Uncoated straight-tip intermittent catheters (all French sizes)
  • Hydrophilic-coated (pre-lubricated) straight catheters
  • Sterile single-use packaging
  • Lubricating jelly and insertion supplies when needed

What Medicare covers

Medicare Part B covers sterile intermittent catheters under the prosthetic-device benefit — commonly up to ~200 single-use catheters per month — for people with permanent urinary retention or a neurogenic bladder, with a qualifying diagnosis and prescriber documentation. We confirm your covered quantity and any copay before shipping.

FAQ

Intermittent catheters — common questions

What's the difference between a straight and a coudé catheter?+

A straight-tip (intermittent) catheter is the standard choice for most people. A coudé has a curved tip to get past an obstruction like a stricture or enlarged prostate — Medicare covers it when your records document why a straight tip won't work. Not sure which you need? We'll go over it on the callback.

Do you carry my brand?+

Almost certainly. We source through McKesson, so we carry the major intermittent-catheter brands in uncoated and hydrophilic options. Tell us what you use today and we'll match it.

How many catheters will Medicare cover?+

For qualifying patients, Medicare typically covers up to about 200 sterile single-use catheters per month — roughly one per catheterization. We verify the exact covered quantity for your plan before your first shipment.
